METRO PROPERTY SERVICES, LLC, founded in 2009, is the result of the merger of two long standing property management companies; Phillips Real Estate Services, LLC and Northwest Commercial Real Estate Investments, LLC, with over 100 years of combined property management experience in the Pacific Northwest.
Today, METRO PROPERTY SERVICES offers a fresh perspective on property management. Personal experience as owner operators has helped develop many of the values that guide the company today. We have an owner’s approach and mindset to management, pay strong attention to detail, and most importantly hold a strong belief in developing meaningful relationships. We build and maintain our relationships with owners and tenants, which we have found to be essential to the successful operation of a property.
